| Coverage: | OPTION 1: You must have your personal insurance as primary insurance for the period of this rental. The binder and endorsement should cover the vehicle and RV Owner as an additional insured. In order to satisfy our requirements, the insurance provided will be full coverage to include comprehensive, collision, and liability on a primary basis. The appropriate coverage should be the actual cash value of the RV, and include Manufacturer, Make, Model, Year, Length, VIN number, License number, and gross vehicle weight, which will be sent to you after this reservation confirmation. The limits of liability shall be at least the minimum limits as required by any applicable compulsory or financial responsibility law. Any deductibles shall not exceed $1500.00. OPTION 2: If coverage cannot be provided, insurance may be obtained through the dealer’s referral to an outside source. GetRV.com is not an insurance broker and does not solicit or collect premiums. Coverage is not guaranteed and will require a follow-up application and acceptance by and between renter and referral source. Details for the motor home to be covered: Insurance (Due 48 hours prior to departure) is effective from the pick up to the drop off dates. Manufacturer, Make, Model, Year, Length, VIN number, License number, Gross vehicle weight, will be sent to you from the owner. Directions for completion of coverage application will be provided directly by RV owner after the reservation is processed. Please contact the dealer directly to obtain insurance. |

| Generator is NOT included with this unit. What you need to tow: 7 way round trailer plug, electric brake controller for anything over 16' and 2" or 2 5/16" ball depending on trailer. This must be attached prior to pickup as RV Owner does not supply it nor is there an available resource nearby. Unit is due back at the same time it was picked up, on day of drop off. Vendor will be closed on Major Holidays including: September 7, 2009 November 26, 2009 December 25, 2009 January 1, 2010 April 4, 2010 May 31, 2010 July 4&5, 2010 September 6, 2010 November 25, 2010 December 24 & 25, 2010 January 1, 2011. Holiday rentals require a 4 night minimum and vehicle may not be returned on the holiday. President’s Day (2/12 – 2/16) requires a 4 night minimum Spring Break (4/03-20) requires a 5 night minimum. Laughlin River Run (4/22-4/27) requires a 5 night minimum Memorial Day Weekend requires a 5 night minimum. Halloween Weekend requires a 4 night minimum Thanksgiving Weekend requires a 4 night minimum Christmas and New Year’s Weekend require a 4 night minimum Burning Man requires a 7 night minimum Las Vegas NASCAR requires a 5 night minimum Vendor will be closed for returns on September 1st. Liveability Kit "C" contains: 7 Piece Cookware Set (Non-Stick) 1-Salad Tongs/Wine Opener/Hot Pad 1 Carving Knife 1 Spatula 1 Can Opener w/Bottle Opener 1 Salad Bowl 1 Serving Spoon 1 Dish Towel. Livability Kit "D" contains: 1 Bath Towel 1 Hand Towel 1 Washcloth 1 Sheet Set 1 Pillow 1 Blanket 1 Pillow Protector 1 Plastic Tumbler 4-Piece Place Flatware Setting 4-Piece Ukase Dinnerware Setting Orders must be submitted at least 1 week prior to departure. Once ordered these kits are the property of the renter. Sorry, no refunds. |
